Dwayne is the Pastor-in-Charge of Wellspring Church in Charlotte NC which he planted in 2007. He is a board member of Acts 29 Network he is the Director for Pastoral Care. Dwayne also has a heart to train the next generation of biblical counselors. He is a member of the board for Biblical Counseling. He is an author of numerous online publications as well as a contributing author in Christ-Centered biblical counseling changing lives by embracing God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
