Richard Bruce Cheney (born January 30, 1941) was the son of Richard Herbert Cheney. His mother, Marjorie Lauraine Dickey had been engaged with Richard Herbert Cheney for over 30 years. When Richard Bruce Cheney was 13, he and his family left Lincoln Nebraska and moved to Casper Wyoming in the state where his father was the head of Casper Wyoming, where his father was the director of U.S. Department of Agriculture's regional conservation districts.
