Richard B. Cheney has served as a public servant for many years as well as an entrepreneur who has made a name for himself. The current position he holds is the Vice President of the United States. Richard Bruce Cheney is the father of Richard Herbert Cheney of the late Marjorie Lauraine Dickey. He was born January 30, 1941 within Lincoln Nebraska. When he was 13 years old Richard and his family moved across Nebraska, eventually moving to Casper where his dad was the head of Casper's U.S. Department of Agriculture local soil conservation district.
