She is the author of two books, The Actor's Life: A Survival Guide that details her journey through St. Louis to Hollywood and her journey to becoming a successful actor. She is also the author of Office BFF's: Tales of The Office from Two of the Best Friends who were there (co-authored together with Angela Kinsey), which is a memoir of their best friendship as well as their work on The Office.
