Alona Tal

Tal began her career, fresh out of the Israel Defense Forces, with the release of a musical videotape for children that she played a witch who was evil. In the following year, she starred in a commercial promoting the laundry detergent. In the following year, she was cast in the role of the main character in the Israeli film Lihiyot Kochav (To Be A Star). During the filming of the movie the actress was offered parts in two Israeli programs on TV, and she chose each. The first was Tzimerim the story of a family who runs the small business of a hotel. The other show was HaPijamot featuring a young band that is looking to break into the world of. The show ran for seven episodes. Tal was a part of the three seasons, and later appeared as a special guest. This allowed Tal the chance to show her talents as a musician. Tal was the only main actor in the beginning 3 seasons but she did appear in several episodes in the fourth season.
